Abstract
Piperidine derivatives, their manufacture and use as medicaments, are disclosed. The invention is concerned with the piperidine derivatives of general formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, Q, X, Z, m and n are as described herein.

A compound of the formula:
- ##STR35## wherein:
- R.sup.1 is 6-quinolyl,7-quinolyl,6-isoquinolyl,7-isoquinolyl,6-tetrahydroquinolyl, 7-tetrahydroquinolyl,6-tetrahydroisoquinolyl,7-tetrahydroisoquinolyl, 6-tetrahydroquinolyl substituted by oxo,7-tetrahydroquinolyl substituted by oxo, 6-tetrahydroisoquinolyl substituted by oxo, or 7-tetrahydroisoquinolyl substituted by oxo;
- and
- R.sup.200 is hydrogen or lower alkoxy;
- or a pharmaceutically usable salt thereof.
