A compound of the formula I:
- ##STR627## wherein R.sup.5 is an optionally substituted phenyl group,
- R.sup.4 is a bond,
- R.sup.3 is phenylene,
- Y is --OH or --NHOH, and
- R.sup.1 is optionally substituted indolylmethyl,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, or optically active substance thereof.
