Pesticidal tris-oximino heterocyclic compounds

A compound of the formula I ##STR71## or isomer or isomer mixture thereof, in which ##STR72## and A is alkanediyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by methyl and has 1 to 3 carbon atoms;

• R.sub.4 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl, cyclopropyl or CF.sub.3 ;
• R.sub.1 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, halo-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, cyclopropyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxymethyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylthio or cyano;
• R.sub.2 Ls hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, cyano, substituted or unsubstituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkoxycarbonyl, substituted or unsubstituted di-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl)aminocarbonyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, naphthyl;
• ##STR73## D is identical or different halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkoxy, C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 haloalkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 haloalkoxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkenyloxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyloxy, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylenedioxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -cycloalkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoximino-C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkiminoxy, cyanomethoxy, cyano-C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 alkoxy, cyano, nitro, thioamido, thiocyanatomethyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy-C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 alkoxy, halo-C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkylsulfonyl, di-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylamino-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, tri(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl)silyl or di(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl)phenylsilyl;
• n is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;
• X is --O--, --O--(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl)--, --(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl)--O--,--S(O).sub.m --, --(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl)--S(O).sub.m -- or --S(O).sub.m --(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl)--;
• m is 0, 1 or 2;
• B is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, halo-C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by 1 to 3 halogen atoms or C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl, or aryl, heteroaryl or heterocyclyl, all three of which independently of one another are unsubstituted or substituted one to five times by C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, halo-C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkoxy or halo-C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkoxy, tri(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl)silyl, di(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl)phenylsilyl or a group ##STR74## R.sub.5, R.sub.6, R.sub.7, R.sub.8 and R.sub.9 independently of one another are hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl or halogen, p is 0, 1, 2 or 3;
• and
• R.sub.3 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.7 haloalkyl having 1 to 5 halogen atoms, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy-C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by 1 to 3 halogen atoms, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkynyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by 1 to 4 halogen atoms, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by 1 to 4 halogen atoms, cyano-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarboriyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 alkyl, phenyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 haloalkyl, cyano, nitro or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylenedioxy, where the phenyl group can be substituted one to three times in an identical or different manner;
• phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted once or twice, independently of one another, by C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 haloalkyl having 1 to 3 halogen atoms, nitro or cyano;
• or pyridyl which is unsubstituted or substituted once or twice, independently of one another by C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 haloalkyl having 1 to 3 halogen atoms, nitro or cyano.
