A transformant which is characterized in that the cytochrome P450 gene of 1 is introduced in a host cell; 4. A method for producing a cytochrome P450 comprising the steps of: incubating the transformant of 3; and the like.

An isolated polynucleotide encoding the following protein (a) or (b):
- (a) a cytochrome P450 having the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID:
- No. 1 or
- (b) a cytochrome P450 having the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 4.
An isolated polynucleotide encoding cytochrome P450 having the nucleotide sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 2.
An isolated polynucleotide encoding cytochrome P450 having the nucleotide sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 3.
An isolated polynucleotide encoding cytochrome P450 having the nucleotide sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 5.
An isolated polynucleotide encoding cytochrome P450 having the nucleotide sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 6.
