Abstract
Compositions comprising cyanidin reagents for binding to Fc.gamma.RI receptors, and methods and kits for use therefor are provided.
Claims14
A method for detecting Fc.gamma.RI (CD64) in a biological sample from a subject, comprising the steps of:
- a) contacting the sample with a cyanin compound, Cy5, in the absence of other compounds that bind Fc.gamma.RI;
- b) illuminating the sample with light of an appropriate excitation wavelength for Cy5;
- and
- c) detecting fluorescence.
