Abstract
A method of doping involves soaking single-walled carbon nanotubes in molten iodine. Excess physisorbed iodine may then be removed by annealing.
Claims8
A method of doping carbon nanotubes, comprising:
- soaking said carbon nanotubes in molten iodine in a vessel.
A method of doping carbon nanotubes, comprising:
- soaking said carbon nanotubes in molten iodine at a temperature between 140-160.degree. C. for between 0.5-10 hours in a sealed, evacuated vessel.
