Abstract

Transmission device utilizes a self-locking enveloping worm (1) and enveloping type worm gear (2) in combination with differentials. The worm gear has less than 24 teeth and enveloping angle one revolution of worm thread more than 15 degrees. Mechanical motion from the input of one member (4) of the differential is transmitted to the output (5) of another member of the differential.
