A composition suitable for cleaning skin, comprising from about 50% to about 80% by weight of a polymer latex emulsion, an organosilicon compound, an emollient, a surfactant, and water.
A method for cleaning skin comprising the steps of:
- (i) applying a cleaning composition comprising from about 50% to about 80% by weight of a polymer latex emulsion, an organosilicon compound, an emollient, a surfactant, and water, to the skin;
- (ii) rubbing said cleaning composition on the skin to form particles;
- and
- (iii) allowing the particles to fall away by means of further rubbing action.
A composition suitable for cleaning skin made by combining from about 50% to about 80% by weight of a polymer latex emulsion, from about 1% to about 10% by weight of an organosilicon compound, from about 0.5% to about 5% by weight of an emollient, from about 0.1% to about 10% by weight of a surfactant, and from about 5% to about 45% by weight of water.
