Abstract
In one embodiment, the present invention relates to a cement-based composition containing at least one cementitious material and at least one highly reactive pozzolan, wherein the highly reactive pozzolan comprises spray-dried metakaolin. In another embodiment, the present invention relates to a cement-based composition containing at least one cementitious material and at least one highly reactive pozzolan, wherein the highly reactive pozzolan is characterized as comprised of agglomerated beads of microparticles, the agglomerated beads having a median diameter of at least about 10 microns and the microparticles having a median diameter of about 5 microns or less.

A cement composition comprising at least one cementitious material and at least one highly reactive pozzolan, wherein the highly reactive pozzolan comprises spray-dried metakaolin.
A cement composition comprising at least one cementitious material and at least one highly reactive pozzolan, wherein the highly reactive pozzolan is characterized as comprised of agglomerated beads of microparticles, the agglomerated beads having a median diameter of at least about 10 microns and the microparticles having a median diameter of about 5 microns or less.
A cement composition comprising at least one cementitious material and at least one highly reactive pozzolan, wherein the highly reactive pozzolan comprises an agglomerated metakaolin and a dispersant.
