Abstract
An organic EL device, including an anode and a cathode, and at least one organic luminescent layer containing a compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein: X=S, or O R.sub.1, and R.sub.2 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, aryl or carbocyclic systems; R.sub.3, and R.sub.4 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or a branched or unbranched 5 or 6 member substituent ring connecting with R.sub.1, R.sub.2 respectively; and R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, which are branched or unbranched.
Claims6
An organic EL device, comprising an anode and a cathode, and at least one organic luminescent layer containing a compound of the formula:
- ##STR20## wherein:
- X=S, or O
- R.sub.1, and R.sub.2 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, aryl or carbocyclic systems;
- R.sub.3, and R.sub.4 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or a branched or unbranched 5 or 6 member substituent ring connecting with R.sub.1, R.sub.2 respectively;
- and
- R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, which are branched or unbranched.
An organic EL device, comprising an anode and a cathode, and at least one organic luminescent layer containing a compound of the formula:
- ##STR21## wherein:
- X=S,or O
- R.sub.1, and R.sub.2 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, aryl or carbocyclic systems;
- and
- R.sub.3, and R.sub.4 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or a branched or unbranched 5 or 6 member substituent ring connecting with R.sub.1, R.sub.2 respectively.
An organic EL device, comprising an anode and a cathode, and at least one organic luminescent layer containing a compound of the formula:
- ##STR22## wherein:
- R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, and R.sub.4 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 10 carbon atoms or aryl;
- X is O or S;
- and
- R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, which are branched or unbranched.
An organic EL device, comprising an anode and a cathode, and at least one organic luminescent layer containing a compound of the formula:
- ##STR23## wherein:
- R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, and R.sub.4 are individually alkyl of from 1 to 10 carbon atoms or aryl;
- and
- X is O or S.
