A method for one pot deprotection of RNA comprising the steps of contacting the protected base of said RNA with anhydrous methyl amine and contacting the protected 2'-hydroxyl group of said RNA with TEA.cndot.3HF under conditions suitable for the deprotection of said RNA.
A method for one pot deprotection of RNA comprising the steps of contacting the protected base of said RNA with anhydrous ethyl amine and contacting the protected 2'-hydroxyl group of said RNA with TEA.cndot.3HF under condition suitable for the deprotection of said RNA.
