Abstract
Compounds of the formula I, ##STR1## in which one of the radicals R.sup.1 and R.sup.3 is an alkynol residue of the formula Ia or Ib ##STR2## are suitable for producing pharmaceuticals having a neuroprotective effect.
Claims15
A compound of the formula I, ##STR164## in stereoismerically pure form or as a mixture of stereoisomers, where 1) R.sup.1 and R.sup.3 are an alkynol residue of the formula Ia or Ib, ##STR165## R.sup.2 is a) straight-chain or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.5)-alkyl,
- b) (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)-cycloalkyl or
- c) (C.sub.4 -C.sub.8)-cycloalkylalkyl,
- R.sup.4 is a hydrogen atom or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3)-alkyl,
- R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are, independently of one another,
- a) a hydrogen atom,
- b) (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)-alkyl,
- c) (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)-cycloalkyl,
- d) (C.sub.4 -C.sub.8)-cycloalkylalkyl,
- e) Ar-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.2)-alkyl or
- f) tri-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)-alkylsilyl, or
- R.sup.5 and R.sup.6, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form a 4- to 7-membered saturated ring having the structure of pyrrolidine, piperidine, 4-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)-alkylpiperazine, azetidine, 2,5-dimethylpyrrolidine, 2,6-dimethylpiperidine, perhydroazepine, piperazine, 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine, thiomorpholine or its sulfoxide or sulfone, or morpholine;
- A is unbranched or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)-alkylene, and
- Z is the anion of a physiologically tolerated inorganic or organic acid, or
- 2) R.sup.1 or R.sup.3 is an alkynol residue of the formula Ia or Ib, and the other radical R.sup.3 or R.sup.1 is
- a) a hydrogen atom or
- b) R.sup.8, in which R.sup.8 is straight-chain or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)-alkyl, (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)-cycloalkyl or (C.sub.4 -C.sub.8)-cycloalkylalkyl, and
- R.sup.2, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, A and Z are as defined under 1).
A compound of the formula IX in stereoisomerically pure form or as a mixture of stereoisomers ##STR166## wherein R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 are identical or different radicals of the formula IXa, ##STR167## such that when R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 are different, one of R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 is hydrogen or R.sup.8, wherein,
- R.sup.2 is
- a) straight-chain or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.5)-alkyl,
- b) (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)-cycloalkyl, or
- c) (C.sub.4 -C.sub.8)-cycloalkylalkyl;
- A is an unbranched or branched (C.sub.2 -C.sub.6)-alkylene;
- R.sup.4 is a hydrogen atom or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3)-alkyl;
- and
- R.sup.8 is straight-chain or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)-alkyl, (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)-cycloalkyl, or (C.sub.4 -C.sub.8)-cycloalkylalkyl.
