Abstract
This application is concerned with immunogenic polypeptides of pestiviruses, specifically Classical Swine Fever Virus (CVFV), specifically the nonstructural protein p10, more specifically T-cell epitopes from this protein and nucleic acid molecules encoding these polypeptides, and vaccines and diagnostics with these polypeptides or nucleic acid molecules.
Claims13
An immunogenic composition against classical swine fever (CSF), comprising CSF virus polypeptide p10 or an immunogenically active part thereof comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4 or SEQ ID NO:6, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
An immunogenic composition against classical swine fever (CSF), comprising a recombinant microorganism harboring a DNA molecule encoding CSF virus polypeptide p10, or an immunogenically active part thereof comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4 or SEQ ID NO:6, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
