A time division allocating unit distributes a plurality of data links at a plurality of time division timings into which a predetermined period is divided. A communicable remaining data supplying process executing unit executes a supplying process of the remaining data for a data link, which allocated by the time division allocating unit at each time division timing, only when a communicable data supplying process commanding unit commands an execution of the supplying process of the communicable remaining data for the allocated data link.
A traffic control apparatus for executing a supplying process of communicable remaining data for a plurality of data links in a frame relay communication in a predetermined setting period, comprising:
A traffic control apparatus for executing a setting process of a traffic data for a plurality of data links in a predetermined setting period, comprising:

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a traffic control apparatus for use with a frame relay communication and so forth.
2. Description of the Related Art
These and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent in light of the following detailed description of best mode embodiments thereof, as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a theoretical block diagram of the present invention (No. 1);
FIG. 2 is a theoretical block diagram of the present invention (No. 2);
FIGS. 1 and 2 are theoretical block diagrams of a traffic control method to which the present invention is applied for the frame relay communication method.
A first aspect of the present invention is a traffic control apparatus that executes a supplying process of remaining communication data (CIR packets) for a plurality of data links (DLCIs) in a frame relay communication in each predetermined period, comprising a time division allocating portion 101 and a remaining communication data supplying process executing portion 102 shown in FIG. 1.
The time division allocating portion 101 allocates the data links in a plurality of time division timings into which the designated period is divided.
