Abstract
A treating liquid for making a waterless planographic printing plate with a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer laminated in this order on a substrate, comprising at least one amine compound with two or more amino groups and one or more hydroxyl groups in one molecule. A treating liquid for making a waterless planographic printing plate excellent in plate surface coatability and developability can be obtained.
