Abstract
A multiple emulsion to administer at least one water-soluble or liposoluble active ingredient in the form of a water/oil/water emulsion comprising a dispersed phase of a water/oil type and an aqueous dispersion medium which is a gelled aqueous phase useful as cosmetic compositions for external skin application.

A multiple emulsion to administer at least one water-soluble or liposoluble active ingredient in the form of a water/oil/water emulsion, comprising
- a dispersed water/oil phase, wherein the oily phase of the water/oil emulsion contains at least one liposoluble active ingredient;
- and
- an aqueous dispersion medium which is a gelled aqueous phase, wherein the aqueous dispersion phase contains a gelling agent comprised of a polyglyceryl methacrylate solution, carbomers and modified carbomers.
