An isolated polynucleotide segment comprising a first polynucleotide sequence, or the complement of the entire length of such first polynucleotide sequence, wherein the first polynucleotide sequence has at least 95% identity to a reference sequence that encodes the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2.
An isolated polynucleotide segment, comprising:
- a first polynucleotide sequence, or the complement of the entire length of such first polynucleotide sequence, wherein the first polynucleotide sequence has at least 95% identity with a reference sequence which is the sequence from nucleotides 1 to 1026 inclusive of the polynucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1, and which hybridizes under stringent conditions to a polynucleotide of said reference sequence.
A recombinant polynucleotide segment comprising the nucleotide sequence from position 1 to 1026 inclusive of the polynucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1,, or the complement of the entire length of the nucleotide sequence from 1 to 1026.
A recombinant polynucleotide segment which encodes a polypeptide comprising a region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, or the complement of the entire length of the encoding polynucleotide sequence.
