Therapeutic multispecific compounds comprised of anti-Fc.alpha. receptor antibodies and methods of use are provided.
Claims24
A bispecific molecule, comprising a first binding determinant which is an antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof which binds to an Fc.alpha. receptor without being blocked by immunoglobulin A, and a second binding determinant which binds to a target antigen.
A bispecific molecule, comprising:
- (a) a fragment of antibody A77 which binds to an Fc.alpha. receptor without being blocked by immunoglobulin A;
- and (b) a binding determinant which binds to a cancer cell antigen or a pathogen antigen.
A bispecific molecule, comprising a binding determinant which is an antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof, which binds to an Fc.alpha. receptor without being blocked by IgA, and an antigen.
