Abstract
A transcribed non-naturally occuring RNA molecule comprising a desired RNA molecule, wherein the 3' region of the RNA is able to base-pair with at least 8 bases at the 5' terminus of the same RNA molecule.

A non-naturally occurring RNA molecule having the formula:
- ##STR1## Wherein, N is independently a ribonucleotide which may be same or different, .cndot. indicates hydrogen bond formation between adjacent nucleotides, m is an image which is greater than or equal to 8;
- p is an integer which is greater then or equal to 1 if (N).sub.p is present;
- q is an integer which is greater than or equal to 1 if (N).sub.q is present, x is an integer which is 0 or 1;
- and is a desired RNA.
