The invention is drawn to antisense oligonucleotides directed to the inhibition of the IgE receptor synthesis.
Claims12
An oligonucleotide comprising 10 to 25 nucleotide units and which selectively hybridizes with at least one gene necessary to block the synthesis of the IgE receptor and comprises a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID Nos:
- 1 to 6.
