Abstract
A cable routing has a body (10) and a plurality of cable passages (22) through the body. Each passage has an entry socket (24) adapted to receive a cable end (20), an exit (26) in line with the entry socket and a lateral opening (28). Each passage also has a cross-sectional reduction between the entry socket (24) and the exit (26) to limit longitudinal movement of a cable (20) along the passage.
Claims15
A cable routing device comprising a body, means for securing the body to a fixed structure, a plurality of cable passages through the body, each passage having a cylindrical entry socket adapted to receive a cable end, an exit in line with the entry socket and a lateral opening extending the full length of each passage and having, at least over a part of the opening corresponding to the entry socket, a width less than the diameter of the entry socket, and each passage further having a region between the entry socket and the exit of diameter less than that of the entry socket to limit longitudinal movement of a cable along the passage.
