Abstract
An inbred maize line, designated PHKV0, the plants and seeds of inbred maize line PHKV0, methods for producing a maize plant produced by crossing the inbred line PHKV0 with itself or with another maize plant, and hybrid maize seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred line PHKV0 with another maize line or plant.

Seed of maize inbred line designated PHKV0, representative samples having been deposited under ATCC Accession No.209795.
A maize plant, or parts thereof, having all the physiological and morphological characteristics of inbred line PHKV0, representative seed of said line having been deposited under ATCC accession No. 209795.
A tissue culture of regenerable cells of a maize plant of inbred line PHKV0, wherein the tissue regenerates plants capable of expressing all the morphological and physiological characteristics of the inbred line PHKV0, representative seed of which have been deposited under ATCC Accession No. 209795.
A process for producing inbred PHKV0 representative seed of which have been deposited under ATCC Accession No. 209795, comprising:
- planting a collection of seed comprising seed of a hybrid, one of whose parents is Inbred PHKV0 said collection also comprising seed of said inbred;
- growing plants from said collection of seed;
- identifying said inbred plants;
- selecting said inbred plant;
- and
- controlling pollination in a manner which preserves the homozygosity of said inbred plant.
