Herbicidal thienyloxyazines

A compound consisting essentially of formula (I) ##STR15## wherein the groups X.sup.1, X.sup.2 and X.sup.3 represent CY, in which Y each independently represent a hydrogen atom or have the meaning given for R.sup.1 ;

• R.sup.1 represents a halogen atom;
• an optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl or alkoxyalkoxy group;
• a haloalkyl, haloalkoxy, cyano, nitro or SF.sub.5 group;
• --S(O).sub.p --R.sup.3, in which p is 0, 1 or 2, and R.sup.3 represents an alkyl or haloalkyl group;
• NR.sup.4 R.sup.5, in which R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, alkenyl, aralkyl or aryl group;
• or R.sup.6 O--CY'--, in which R.sup.6 represents an alkyl group, and Y' represents O or S;
• B represents a radical selected from the group consisting of ##STR16## wherein R.sup.7 to R.sup.10 each independently represent a hydrogen or halogen atom, or an optionally substituted alkyl or alkoxy group;
• Z represents an oxygen or sulfur atom or a --OCH.sub.2 -- or --SCH.sub.2 -- group;
• and
• m is 0 or an integer from 1 to 3.
