Abstract
The present invention relates to a detergent composition comprising an amylase enzyme in combination with a nonionic polysaccharide ether for improved stain removal performance.
Claims13
A detergent composition comprising:
- a) 1% to 80% by weight, of a detersive surfactant;
- b) from 0.01% to 10% by weight, of a nonionic polysaccharide ether which is a methyl cellulose ether having a molecular weight of 110,000 to 130,000;
- and
- c) an amylase enzyme in an amount wherein the activity of said amylase enzyme is at least 0.001 Kilo Novo Units or at least 0.01 Fungal Alpha Amylase Units per gram of composition;
- d) 5% to 30% of a percarbonate bleach.
