Ortho-substituted benzoil acid derivatives

An ortho-substituted benzoic acid compound of the formula I ##STR4## in which R.sup.1 is A, CF.sub.3, CH.sub.2 F, CHF.sub.2, C.sub.2 F.sub.5, CN, NO.sub.2, C.tbd.CH, --O--R.sup.4 or --S--R.sup.4,

• R.sup.2 is CF.sub.3, --SO.sub.n --R.sup.6 or --SO.sub.2 NR.sup.4 R.sup.5,
• R.sup.3 is A, CN, Hal, COA, CHO, CSNR.sup.7 R.sup.8 or CONR.sup.7 R.sup.8,
• Q is --N.dbd.C(NH.sub.2).sub.2,
• R.sup.4 is H, A, cycloalkyl having from 5 to 7 C atoms, cycloalkylmethyl having from 6 to 8 C atoms, CF.sub.3, CH.sub.2 F, CHF.sub.2, CH.sub.2 CF.sub.3, Ph or --CH.sub.2 --Ph,
• R.sup.5 is H or A, or else
• R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are together alkylene having from 4 to 5 C atoms, where one CH.sub.2 group can also be replaced by O, S, CO, NH, N--A or N--CH.sub.2 --Ph,
• R.sup.6 is A or Ph,
• R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 are in each case, independently of one another, H, A or Ac,
• A is alkyl having from 1 to 6 C atoms,
• X is O, S or NR.sup.5,
• Ph is phenyl which is unsubstituted or is substituted once, twice or three times by A, OA, NR.sup.4 R.sup.5, F, Cl, Br, I or CF.sub.3,
• Ac is alkanoyl having from 1 to 10 C atoms, or aroyl having from 7 to 11 C atoms, and
• n is 1 or 2,
• or the pharmaceutically tolerated salt thereof.
