Abstract
The present invention relates to a pyrazole derivative represented by formula (I) or (II) ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen C2-C6 alkyl benzyl or phenyl; each of R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl or benzyl; each of R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, benzyl or phenyl; X is oxygen or sulfur; R.sup.5 is hydrogen, C2-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl or benzyl when R.sup.1 is benzyl, R.sup.2 is ethyl, R.sup.3 is hydrogen, and R.sup.4 is hydrogen, and its pharmaceutical use.
Claims8
A pyrazole derivative represented by the following general formula (I) or the following general formula (II):
- ##STR6## wherein R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C2-C6 alkyl group, a benzyl group, or a phenyl group;
- each of R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group, or a benzyl group;
- each of R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 is a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group, a linear or branched C3-C6 alkenyl group, a C3-C8 cycloalkyl group, a benzyl group, or a phenyl group;
- X is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom;
- R.sup.5 is a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C2-C6 alkyl group, a linear or branched C3-C6 alkenyl group, a C3-C8 cycloalkyl group, or a benzyl group when R.sup.1 is a benzyl group, R.sup.2 is an ethyl group, R.sup.3 is a hydrogen-atom, and R.sup.4 is a hydrogen atom, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
