Abstract
The invention relates to ink compositions for ink-jet recording which can avoid clogging of nozzles. An ink composition for ink-jet recording comprising a pigment and a compound containing 5 to 90 moles of ethylene oxide per 1 mole of polyglycerin having a polymerization degree of 2 to 10 in an aqueous medium is provided.
Claims13
An ink composition for ink-jet recording comprising a pigment and a compound containing 5 to 90 moles of ethylene oxide per 1 mole of polyglycerin having a polymerization degree of greater than 4 and less than or equal to 10, said pigment and said compound being dispersed in an aqueous medium.
An ink composition for ink-jet recording comprising a pigment, an aqueous resin and a compound containing 5 to 90 moles of ethylene oxide per 1 mole of polyglycerin having a polymerization degree greater than 4 and less than or equal to 10, said pigment and said compound being dispersed in an aqueous medium.
A method for printing by ink jet recording comprising deposition of an ink composition on a substrate, said ink composition comprising a pigment and a compound containing 5 to 90 moles of ethylene oxide per 1 mole of polyglycerin having a polymerization degree of 2 to 10, said pigment and compound being dispersed in an aqueous medium.
