Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions comprising at least one nucleic acid and one lipopolyamine, and their utilisation in gene therapy, particularly for the transfert in vivo of nucleic acids.
Claims22
A composition effective for in vivo transfection of a nucleic acid to a cell comprising the nucleic acid and a lipopolyamine, wherein the positive charges of said lipopolyamine to negative charges of said nucleic acid ratio (R) is less than 2, and wherein said lipopolyamine is DOGS or DPPES.
A composition comprising a nucleic acid, a lipopolyamine and an adjuvant effective for combining with a lipopolyamine/nucleic acid complex and for improving its transfecting ability, wherein the positive charges of said lipopolyamine to negative charges of said nucleic acid ratio (R) is less than 2, and wherein said lipopolyamine is DOGS or DPPES.
