Dependent claims

A recording medium comprising a substrate and an ink-receiving layer containing alumina hydrate particles and a binder provided on the substrate, wherein the alumina hydrate contains 0.01 to 1.00% by weight of titanium dioxide within the alumina hydrate particles.
