Abstract
The subject invention relates to methods for reducing tumor cell growth in a mammal by administering compositions which include an antibody having the binding specificity of a monoclonal antibody selected from the group comprising one of those referred to as B1, B3 or B5 conjugated to a toxin, radionuclide or drug.
Claims10
A method of reducing tumor cell growth in a mammal comprising administering to a mammal having a tumor a dose of a toxin, radionuclide or drug conjugated to an antibody having the binding specificity of antibodies B1, B3, or B5 which are secreted by a hybridoma cell line bearing ATCC accession number HB10572, ATCC accession number HB10573, or ATCC accession number HB10569, respectively.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a toxin, radionuclide or drug conjugated to an antibody having the binding specificity of antibodies B1, B3, or B5 which are secreted by a hybridoma cell line bearing ATCC accession number HB10572, ATCC accession number HB10573, ATCC accession number HB10569, respectively, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
