Abstract
A method and composition are provided for treatment of disorders involving immunological dysfunction. The invention comprises the administration of a low level of ribonucleotide polymerase protein or a derivative thereof to a human or animal with an immune dysfunction disorder.

A composition for treating an inflammatory autoimmune dysfunction comprising a therapeutically effective amount of ribonucleotide polymerase and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the therapeutically effective amount of ribonucleotide polymerase is between 10.sup.-2 and 10.sup.-8 mg.
A composition for treating multiple sclerosis comprising a therapeutically effective amount of ribonucleotide polymerase and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the therapeutically effective amount of ribonucleotide polymerase is between 10.sup.-2 and 10.sup.-8 mg.
