Abstract
An agent composition for the therapy or prevention of the injury of an organ or a tissue containing a phenylthiazole derivative expressed by the following formula (1): ##STR1## (R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 alkoxy group or a cyclic amino group; R.sub.2 is a cyano group or a nitro group; R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group), and/or its salt as an active ingredient.
Claims6
A method of treating diseases associated with an ischemia-reperfusion injury of an organ, comprising administering a composition containing a phenylthiazole derivative expressed by the following formula (1) and/or its salt as an active ingredient ##STR4## wherein R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkoxy group or a cyclic amino group, R.sub.2 is a cyano group or a nitro group and, R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group.
A method of treating diseases associated with an ischemia-reperfusion injury of an organ caused by generation of active oxygen, comprising administering a composition containing a phenylthiazole derivative expressed by the following formula (1) and/or its salt as an active ingredient ##STR5## wherein R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkoxy group or a cyclic amino group, R.sub.2 is a cyano group or a nitro group and, R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group.
A method of treating diseases associated with an ischemia-reperfusion injury of heart, liver, brain, kidney, digestive canals or lung caused by generation of active oxygen, comprising administering a composition containing a phenylthiazole derivative expressed by the following formula (1) and/or its salt as an active ingredient ##STR6## wherein R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkoxy group or a cyclic amino group, R.sub.2 is a cyano group or a nitro group and, R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group.
A protecting method for diseases associated with an ischemia-reperfusion injury of an organ comprising administering a phenylthiazole derivative expressed by the following formula (1) and/or its salt as an active ingredient ##STR7## wherein R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkoxy group or a cyclic amino group, R.sub.2 is a cyano group or a nitro group and, R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group.
A protecting method for diseases associated with an ischemia-reperfusion injury of an organ caused by the generation of active oxygen comprising administering a phenylthiazole derivative expressed by the following formula (1) and/or its salt as an active ingredient ##STR8## wherein R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkoxy group or a cyclic amino group, R.sub.2 is a cyano group or a nitro group and, R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group.
A protecting method for diseases associated with an ischemia-reperfusion injury of heart, liver, brain, kidney, digestive canals or lung caused by the generation of active oxygen comprising administering a phenylthiazole derivative expressed by the following formula (1) and/or its salt as an active ingredient ##STR9## wherein R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkoxy group or a cyclic amino group, R.sub.2 is a cyano group or a nitro group and, R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group.
