Abstract
The invention relates to 6-membered nitrogen-containing heteroaryloxazolidinones, processes for their preparation and their use as medicaments, in particular as antibacterial medicaments.
Claims17
A heteroaryl-oxazolidinone of the formula (I):
- ##STR193## in which R.sup.1 represents --NH.sub.2 or --NHCOR.sup.6 ;
- and
- in which
- R.sup.6 represents hydrogen or straight-chain or branched alkyl having 1 to 8 carbon atoms;
- and
- D represents pyridyl, which is optionally substituted by alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or by phenyl or pyridyl, both of which are optionally substituted by alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, formyl, or alkanoyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms;
- or a salt thereof.
