Abstract
Disclosed herein are therapeutic treatment protocols designed for the treatment of B cell lymphoma. These protocols are based upon therapeutic strategies which include the use of administration of immunologically active mouse/human chimeric anti-CD20 antibodies, radiolabeled anti-CD20 antibodies, and cooperative strategies comprising the use of chimeric anti-CD20 antibodies and radiolabeled anti-CD20 antibodies.
Claims7
A method of treating B-cell lymphoma which includes the following steps:
- (i) administering, at a first administration period, a radiolabeled anti-CD20 antibody, wherein said antibody is selected from the group consisting of the chimeric anti-CD20 antibody produced by transfectoma TCAE 8, which has been accorded American Type Culture Collection Deposit No. ATCC 69119, and the murine anti-CD20 antibody secreted by a hybridoma identified by American Type Culture Collection Deposit No. HB 11388;
- and (ii) subsequently administering after step (i) at least one dosage of a chimeric anti-CD20 antibody produced by transfectoma TCAE 8, which has been accorded American Type Culture Collection Deposit No. ATCC 69119.
