Abstract
Disclosed is a substantially pure antibody which specifically binds a LCF polypeptide and methods of using such antibodies.
Claims5
A lymphocyte chemoattractant factor (LCF) immunoassay kit comprising an antibody which binds a LCF polypeptide having SEQ ID NO. 1.
A method of detecting lymphocyte chemoattractant factor (LCF) in a biological sample, said method comprising:
- (a) contacting said biological sample with an antibody which binds to lymphocyte chemoattractant factor having SEQ ID NO. 1;
- and
- (b) detecting immune complex formation, between said antibody and a sample constituent, as indicative of the presence of said lymphocyte chemoattractant factor in said sample.
