Abstract
A glucose oxidase obtained from a Cladosporium oxysporum strain, designated as CBS 163.94, characterized by a pH-optimum in he range pH 6-7, having more than 75% of maximum activity at pH 8, determined at 30.degree. C. with D-glucose as substrate.

An isolated glucose oxidase having a pH optimum in the range pH 6-7, determined at 30.degree. C. with D-glucose as substrate, having more than 75% of maximum activity at pH 8, determined at 30.degree. C. with D-glucose as substrate, and is obtained from a strain of Cladosporium oxysporum, designated as CBS 163.94.
