Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein R.sub.1 is selected from H and 3-chloro; R.sub.2 is selected from a phenyl group and a pyridyl group; R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are selected independently of each other from H and methyl; R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are selected independently of each other from H and a pyridyl-methyl group or both represent an ethyl group; n=0 or 1; R.sub.1, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are not simultaneously H when R.sub.2 is phenyl. The salts of the compounds have a pyridyl group with pharmaceutical acceptable acids are also disclosed.

A compound of the formula:
- ##STR6## in which:
- R.sub.1 is selected from H and 3-chloro,
- R.sub.2 is selected from phenyl and pyridyl,
- R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are selected, independently of each other, from H and methyl,
- R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are selected, independently of each other, from H or pyridylmethyl or both represent ethyl,
- n is selected from 0 and 1,
- R.sub.1, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 not simultaneously being H when R.sub.2 =phenyl,
- and the salts of the pyridyl containing compounds with pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
A compound of the formula:

- R.sub.1 is H,
- R.sub.2 is selected from phenyl and pyridyl,
- R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are selected, independently of each other from H and methyl,
- R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are selected, independently of each other, from H and pyridylmethyl or both represent an ethyl group,
- n is selected from 0 and 1,
- R.sub.1, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 not simultaneously being H when R.sub.2 is phenyl,
- and the salts of the pyridyl containing compounds with pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
