## Abstract

An improved method of treating a fabric comprising the step of contacting a fabric with the cis isomer of a compound having the general formula; ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, and R.sub.4 are the same or different and each of R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, and R.sub.4 represent branched or straight chain alkyl, carbocyclic or aryl.

## Claims

### Claim 1

An improved method of treating a fabric comprising the step of contacting a fabric with predominately the cis isomer of a compound having the general formula: ##STR6## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are the same or different and each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 represent branched or straight chain alkyl, substituted alkyl, carbocyclic, substituted carbocyclic, aryl, or substituted aryl and R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are --(--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --O--).sub.n --H where n is 1-20.

### Claim 2

An improved method of treating a fabric comprising the step of contacting a fabric with predominately the cis isomer of a compound having the general formula: ##STR7## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are the same or different and each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 represent branched or straight chain alkyl, substituted alkyl, carbocyclic, substituted carbocyclic, aryl, or substituted aryl and R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are --(--CH.sub.2 CH(CH.sub.3)--O--).sub.n --H where n is 1-20.
