Abstract
A mixture of a compound represented by the formula (1) and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of phenmedipham, ethofumesate, chloridazon, metamitron and triflusulfuron-methyl, which is safe for sugar beet and has excellent properties. ##STR1##

A herbicidal composition containing a fluoropropylthiazoline derivative represented by the formula (1):
