Abstract
The present invention relates to ophthalmo-logical pharmaceutical compositions comprising a renin inhibitor and to methods for using said composition in the treatment of glaucoma.

A method of reducing elevated intraocular pressure in a mammal which comprises topically administering a composition comprising an intraocular pressure reducing amount of a renin inhibitor and a beta adrenergic blocking agent to an eye of said mammal.
