Abstract
The present invention provides a novel monoclonal antibody, mAb C1.7, and its antigenic receptor, p38, which is an NK cell and CD8.sup.+ T cell activating structure. Methods of using these compositions to identify and monitor the course of a disease, as well as for therapeutic purposes, are disclosed.
Claims3
A monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to the same epitope as the C1.7 monoclonal antibody, said C1.7 monoclonal antibody being produced by the hybridoma cell line deposited as ATCC HB 11717.
A hybridoma cell line secreting mAb C1.7 and having ATCC accession no. HB-11717.
The monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma cell line C1.7, said cell line being deposited as ATCC HB 11717.
