Vehicle-guiding device for recognizing curved road and leading vehicle along curved road aurally

A device for leading a vehicle along a route to a destination at a junction, said device comprising:

• junction information storage means for storing junction information including data as to whether a junction is a rotary junction;
• rotary judging means for judging as to whether or not a junction about to be entered is a rotary junction, on a basis of said data stored in said junction information storage means;
• and
• voice guidance means for guiding through voice that said junction about to be entered is a rotary junction when said rotary judging means judges said junction is a rotary junction, said voice guidance means determining guidance information on a basis of an angle formed between said rotary junction and a selected route going out from said rotary junction.

A device for leading a vehicle along a route to a destination at a junction, said device comprising:

• junction information storage means for storing junction information including data as to whether a junction is a rotary junction;
• rotary judging means for judging as to whether or not a second junction after a first junction about to be entered is a rotary junction, on a basis of said data stored in said junction information storage means;
• and
• voice guidance means for providing entry and exit guidance information in accordance with incoming and outgoing roads to and from said second junction, when said rotary judging means judges said second junction is a rotary junction, and before said vehicle enters said first junction.
