T cell surface antigens from mammals, reagents related thereto including purified proteins, specific antibodies, and nucleic acids encoding said antigens. Methods of using said reagents and diagnostic kits are also provided.

An antibody or an antigen binding portion thereof which specifically binds to a recombinant or purified primate CRTAM, Cytotoxic or Regulatory T cell Associated Molecule, protein.
A conjugate comprising an antibody or antigen binding portion thereof which binds to a primate CRTAM, Cytotoxic or Regulatory T cell Associated Molecule.
