Abstract
Novel aminoalkyloximes, precursors and processes for the preparation thereof, and methods of treating depression and obsessive compulsive disorders are described.
Claims6
A compound of the formula
- wherein:
- a. X is hydrogen, loweralkyl, loweralkoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl, or a group of the formula ##STR20## wherein Y is hydrogen or loweralkyl, and p is 1 or 2;
- b. A is a group of the formula ##STR21## c. R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a group of the formula ##STR22## wherein W is CH.sub.2, O or S, r and s are both 1;
- d. m and n are 2 to 6, inclusive, the geometric and optical isomers thereof;
- and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
