Abstract
An anticorrosive structure for leads of packaged circuit modules wherein each of the leads covered with an anticorrosive coat has a tapered end so that one edge of the tapered end projects beyond another edge of the tapered end, the one edge and the another edge are connected with a single flat inclined surface and the single flat inclined surface is entirely covered with the anticorrosive coating.

An anticorrosive structure for leads of packaged circuit modules wherein each of said leads covered with an anticorrosive coat has a tapered end so that one edge of said tapered end projects beyond another edge of said tapered end, said one edge and said another edge being connected with a single flat inclined surface, and said single flat inclined surface being entirely covered with said anticorrosive coat.
