Process for the production of epoxides from olefins and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a zeolite containing titanium atoms as catalyst, to which neutral- or acid-reactive salts are added before or during the reaction.

A process for the production of epoxides from olefins and hydrogen peroxide in the presence as catalyst of a zeolite containing titanium silicalite-1 (TS1) or titanium silicalite-2 (TS2), wherein neutral or acidic salts are added to the catalyst before or during the reaction.
