Abstract

A composition comprising as an active ingredient a compound consisting of an immunoglobulin F.sub.c fragment and an alkylating, antibiotic, or antimetabolic antitumor substance bound thereto, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is disclosed. The Fc fragment moiety in the compound is stable in a living body, and thus the activity of the antitumor substance therein is maintained over a long period.
