The distributor member is provided with a delivery passage registrable with the delivery ports, in turn, and a plurality of feed passages registrable with the feed ports. The feed and delivery passages communicate with one another. The feed and delivery passages are located so that when the delivery passage registers with one of the delivery ports, one or more of the feed passages register with respective feed ports.
