Abstract
Dyeings having improved properties are obtained with a dyestuff of the following formula ##STR1## wherein the substituents have the meaning given in the description.
Claims9
A process for dyeing and printing materials containing hydroxyl groups, carboxamide groups or both, with a reactive dyestuff, which comprises applying to said materials a reactive dyestuff which, in the form of the free acid, corresponds to the following formula ##STR7## in which the radicals SO.sub.2 X and SO.sub.2 X.sup.1 and the second sulfo group in the radical of the aminonaphthol-disulfonic acid are each in the 3- or 4-position and X and X.sup.1 denote CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 or CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 Z, in which Z denotes a substituent which can be split under dyeing conditions, and X and X.sup.1 can be identical or different.
A dyed or printed substrate which has bee at least partly dyed or printed with a reactive dyestuff which, in the form of the free acid, corresponds to the following formula ##STR9## in which the radicals SO.sub.2 X and SO.sub.2 X.sup.1 and the second sulfo group in the radical of the aminonaphthol-disulfonic acid are each in the 3- or 4-position and X and X.sup.1 denote CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 or CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 Z, in which Z denotes a substituent which can be split under dyeing conditions, and X and X.sup.1 can be identical or different.
A dyestuff powder or dyestuff granules comprising (in % by weight) 30 to 80% of a reactive dyestuff which, in the form of the free acid, corresponds to the following formula ##STR10## in which the radicals SO.sub.2 X and SO.sub.2 X.sup.1 and the second sulfo group in the radical of the aminonaphthol-disulfonic acid are each in the 3- or 4-position and X and X.sup.1 denote CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 or CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 Z, in which Z denotes a substituent which can be split under dyeing conditions, and X and X.sup.1 can be identical or different,
- 3to 50% of a buffer and
- 5 to 15% of water,
- based on the total composition.
An aqueous reactive dyestuff solution comprising (in each case based on the total weight of the solution) 5 to 50% of a dyestuff which, in the form of the free acid, corresponds to the following formula ##STR11## in which the radicals SO.sub.2 X and SO.sub.2 X.sup.1 and the second sulfo group in the radical of the aminonaphthol-disulfonic acid are each in the 3- or or 4-position and X and X.sup.1 denote CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 or CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 Z, in which Z denotes a substituent which can be split under dyeing conditions, and X and X.sup.1 can be identical or different, and
- 0. 1 to 50% of a buffer,
- the solution having a pH of 3.5 to 7.5.
