Abstract
The new compounds of formula A--O--CO--Z (I) (wherein A and Z are defined as explained in the specification) can be prepared by conventional methods; they are suitable as active substances for pharmaceutical compositions.

A compound of formula ##STR29## wherein R is an optionally halo- or hydroxy-substituted C.sub.1-4 alkyl group;
- R' is a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group;
- or
- R and R' together form a C4.sub.-6 alkylene group;
- X.sup.- is an anion;
- and
- R.sub.1 is H, OH, CH.sub.2 OH, C.sub.1-4 alkyl or C.sub.1-4 alkoxy.
